The Future of Work is Female: Young Women and the Changing World of Work

As technology expands career opportunities, it is also reinforcing inequities, as young women face barriers to access and inclusion in economic opportunities. This panel will discuss the enablers, barriers, and opportunities for young women's participation in tech-enabled or tech-enhanced jobs as well as highlight innovative solutions led by young women to bridge the gender gap. They will delve into the skills, training, education, and roles that the public and private sector can play in creating equitable opportunities to ensure Kenya's future of work is indeed female.
