Ben Stephens is passionate about enabling development actors to enhance the impact of their spending on education programs and beyond, often using Results-based Financing. Ben is an economist with 10 years experiences at consultancies and think tanks focused on furthering the impact of development organizations and programs particularly for education and labour markets. This includes advising on early childhood development reform in Namibia, education systems reforms in Belize and the Gambia and authoring guidebooks on workforce development programs with Canada´s International Development Research Centre and the United States' Millennium Challenge Corporation.
