Aseel

Aseel Khatib is an international development professional in the Economic Growth Division at Creative Associates International. As a Senior Program Associate, Ms. Khatib provides operational, administrative and technical support to the implementation of two workforce and livelihoods focused USAID-funded projects. Through working on these projects, Ms. Khatib has supported the projects in integrating inclusive practices and promoting youth authentic leadership. Prior to joining Creative, Ms. Khatib dedicated her efforts to supporting the growth of the Palestinian startup ecosystem through closely working with stakeholders to develop strategies and develop partnerships, design capacity-building initiatives, facilitate training workshops and mentoring programs,  to empower aspiring entrepreneurs within the youth community. As a skilled facilitator Aseel is poised to contribute significantly to the participatory inclusion quest.
