With a background in digital product development and project management, she has spearheaded innovative initiatives aimed at driving positive change. Currently serving as the Digital Innovations and Technical Lead at Plan International Philippines, Cecille is dedicated to advancing youth empowerment through technology. Her expertise lies in gamification and digital education, evident in her successful implementation of the Hope Town Hero App, in which we have integrated a gamified and digitalized version of Green Life Skills modules for youth empowerment.
