Charity Kabango, co-founder of ESPartners, blends engineering with international development and public policy. Raised in Canada with roots in Rwanda, Charity completed a Masters focusing on participatory planning, poverty, and the environment. Her expertise extends to advising Fortune 500 companies on risk management. Charity's impact reaches beyond consulting; she nurtures start-ups through incubators and accelerators, providing business coaching and BDS support. Charity holds a Masters in Engineering and Public Policy from McMaster University, a bachelor's in Electrical Engineering from Western University, and a bachelor's in International Development from Huron University College.
