Dr. Kevin Frey, an entrepreneur and executive, bridges the private and public sectors. As CEO of Generation Unlimited since 2021, he previously led Right To Play—an international development organization. At 27, Kevin founded TeachAway, a teacher job-matching platform. TeachAway evolved into the Kesson Group, which operates Skooli (an online tutoring platform) and Klassroom (a US-accredited e-learning provider). The Kesson Group was later acquired by Pluribus Technologies. Kevin also spent 15 years in international and higher education, including managing Canada’s top-ranked MBA program at the University of Toronto. His academic journey includes an Honours Bachelor of Arts, an MBA from Kellogg School of Management, and a Doctorate in Business Administration from IE Business School.
