Building Better TVET Systems: Global Insights and Practical Lessons
Fatlume Halili is a finance professional with extensive experience in both the public and private sectors. She has a strong background in developing and implementing projects financed by various Development Cooperation Agencies and International Financial Institutions. In her current capacity, Fatlume works closely with the four sector Workforce Development Councils established by the Activity, as pivotal ecosystem platforms for each focus sector in connecting employers, TVET providers, government, civil society, and the diaspora. The Councils aim at bolstering youth development within the workforce ecosystem through effective public-private dialogue. By supporting the development of the ecosystem of these platforms, Fatlume plays a crucial role in fostering synergies among stakeholders and enhancing opportunities for youth development in the TVET sector.
