Hermang

Mr. Hemang Desai is a Global Director within SAP’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) organization, leading the strategy and programs in the areas of pro bono consulting, employee engagement, and impact investing. In this role, he is responsible for the strategic planning & operational execution of SAP’s signature pro bono consulting programs, the SAP Social Sabbatical and the Acceleration Collective, as well as partnerships to provide non-financial support to impact entrepreneurs through the TRANSFORM Support Hub. Additionally, he oversees the overall employee engagement strategy and leads SAP’s work in the impact investing arena. He started his career as a marketing professional having held various leadership roles at SAP & the Philadelphia Inquirer, before following his passion to move into the SAP CSR organization in 2018. Hemang has also been actively involved in the nonprofit sector for many years and runs his own charitable foundation in the Philadelphia area for the past 11+ years.

Hemang enjoys travelling and is an avid fan of American football, basketball, and cricket. He currently resides in Radnor, PA with his wife and eleven-year-old daughter.
