Ivana Božić leads and supports efforts to address constraints to SME growth by fostering private-sector investment in developing human capacity. This includes co-creating and scaling effective workforce development initiatives and leveraging cooperation between business service organizations, the private sector, and the education system to scale proven innovations and expand opportunities, especially for women and youth. Ivana has over 15 years of experience analyzing market systems, identifying opportunities, and implementing interventions to improve market systems, especially in post-conflict societies focusing on women, rural youth, and ethnic minorities.
