Jenny

Jenny Oorbeck is the Co-founder and Managing Partner of Fresh Coast Climate Solutions, a firm dedicated to transformative climate action with the goal of reversing climate change. Her environmental career spans over 20 years, including the establishment of sustainability practices at NSF International and SCS Consulting Services. Jenny has crafted sustainability programs for diverse entities, from startups to Fortune 500 companies, government agencies, and nonprofits. Notable achievements include creating one of the first U.S. municipal GHG inventories, initiating commercial waste reduction pilots, and implementing energy programs in cities. She’s also launched sustainable textile and regenerative agriculture initiatives and evaluated technologies for climate mitigation. Jenny’s leadership fosters teams that are integral to their business and societal impact. She holds a BA in Sociology from Mills College and an MA in Environmental Policy from the University of Michigan.
