The Role of Youth Leadership in Building Climate Change Resilience in Central America

Josselin Vilches is part of the Watter Smart Agriculture initiative leading innovative and participatory training for rural youth, particularly for young women. Josselyn holds a business administration and marketing background, and she works closely with her participants to increase economic opportunities for them through entrepreneurship. She works for COCEPRADII a local organization thar promotes better water management and conservation agriculture at La Esperanza, in the wester department of Intibucá, Honduras. Josselin is excited to share her experience working with youth and conservation agriculture.
