Juan Carlos Durán

Juan Carlos Durán has worked in youth programming for over 10 years, with experience in the design, implementation, management and evaluation of projects targeting Opportunity Youth in Central America. He has worked closely with local partners to deliver high quality programs related to employment and education. He has also coordinated research related to youth pathways to employment and self-employment. Currently, he is providing technical assistance to CRS’ Water Smart Agriculture initiative to design and deliver high quality programming for youth in rural areas in Central America.
