Lubna

Lubna Khraishi is TVET Performance improvement Manager at IREX, Fosah TVET, in the West Bank. Within her role, she works on improving the quality and relevance of TVET offerings and the capacity of TVET institutions. She holds a degree in Civil Engineering, and she is experienced in developing and implementing development programs with a special focus on economic, youth skills development, and labor market interventions. Her experience includes working in strategic planning, institutional capacity building, data utilization in services and decision-making, and systems reforms with various national and international bodies.
