María Cristina Rodil holds a degree in international relations from University Francisco Marroquín and a specialization in organizational psychology and recruitment from University del Itsmo. She serves as the Coordinator of the GAN Network in Guatemala and as the Project Director at CACIF. Additionally, she coordinates the technical committee "CACIF Youth." María Cristina has extensive experience in international relations, data research, and project management. She is also the co-author of the "Business Toolkit," a standardization tool for implementing internship programs in Guatemala. María Cristina has experience in coordinating and implementing projects for youth employment initiatives, as well as in raising awareness and training multisectoral partners on work-based learning and dual education.
