María José Nichols is a Guatemalan international relations specialist with a master's degree in international business from Francisco Marroquín University and an MBA from the University of Cádiz. She serves on the Board of Directors for the Chamber of Commerce and Services (CECOMS) and was President of the Professional Real Estate Guild (GPI) from 2018 to 2019. She is a founding member and President of the Guild of Companies Led by Women (2022-2024), the Director of CACIF Women, the Director of the International Committee of CACIF, and the current President of CACIF Youth.
With over 14 years of experience in residential and commercial real estate in Guatemala and Central America, María José has represented both national and multinational companies in real estate operations and asset management. She specializes in real estate services, relocation, conceptualization and commercialization of special projects, and sales team management. She has led high-performing teams and guided international brands in the real estate sector.
