Oscar Rolando

Oscar Rolando Norato is a 27 years old public accountant and auditor. Entrepreneur, social activist and human rights defender. Deputy of the Global Youth Alliance network. President of the regional council of the youth voices of change network, coordinator of the network innovating change in Guatemala. Participant in the first Latin American summit held in Lima, Peru. My desire to be able to influence my community and dream of contributing to the change and development of my country prompted me to get involved in spaces of participation. That is how I met World Vision, which through the Puentes and Youth Ready Super Pilas project, gave me the opportunity to strengthen my capabilities in leadership and social advocacy, thanks to which I have participated in different social actions within my country.
