Sara Costa is a Project Management specialist passionate about helping communities thrive by fostering partnerships, enabling capabilities, and spreading knowledge to generate equal opportunities for all. With over 8 years of experience managing donor-funded programs in various subject matters and organizational settings, including development programs in her home country Paraguay, Sara has a proven track record of success. She holds a master’s degree in International Relations and a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, both from recognized universities in Brazil. Currently, Sara serves as the Compliance and Program Quality Lead at MEDA, providing support to programs implemented in the Latin America and the Caribbean Region.
