The Global Youth Economic Opportunities Summit is the flagship event of Making Cents International’s Youth Economic Opportunities Network (YEO Network). Throughout the year, the YEO Network implements activities designed to facilitate knowledge exchange, collaboration, and action among the full range of stakeholders working to expand youth economic opportunities (YEO). Through its annual Summit, the YouthEconomicOpportunities.org learning hub, and year-round targeted meetings and virtual learning events, the YEO Network offers a unique platform to:

Since 2007, the YEO Network has offered a year-round space to explore the latest in knowledge and practice, connect with peers, forge new partnerships, and identify future priorities.
IMPACT
The YEO Network provides a platform to launch new initiatives and measure progress, disseminate findings, and stay up to date with the latest in YEO topics and trends to improve our impact.
CONNECT
Over 38,000 implementers, educators, researchers, donors, policymakers, and young leaders engage in YEO Network activities each year.
Annual Global Youth Economic Opportunities Summit
Since 2007, Making Cents has convened the annual Global Youth
Economic Opportunities Summit Summit (GYEO). Today, the Summit is
the leading event of its kind in North America, and a truly global
convening that brings together more than 550 leading stakeholders
from 60+ countries to connect, exchange, and collaborate.

Our online learning hub offers curated, credible, demand-driven content
for youth economic opportunities. The hub tracks the latest resources,
events, and announcements from the youth economic opportunities
community. Stakeholders are invited to contribute to and benefit from

Making Cents organizes the “Apply It” Webinar Series to provide global
YEO Network stakeholders with concrete tools, discussions, and new
knowledge that they can apply to their work.
In-Person Collaboration: Convening of Leading Global Companies
Since 2010, Making Cents has convened leading global companies
committed to advancing economic opportunities for young people.
These gatherings enable companies to share best practices, build on
lessons learned, and create sustained relationships of trust and effective
collaboration that positively impact youth employment.
